STEP 3: BRIEFING & TRAINING
Our management team ensures that your temporary staff receive comprehensive briefings and training regarding your event. They will be fully prepared with the knowledge and skills needed to fulfil their roles effectively. Any additional training or special requests will be addressed during this phase.
STEP 4: THE BIG DAY/S

By providing qualified and proficient teams when support and human resources are needed, it is beneficial to provide solutions for teams who can't hire full-time in-house staff to cater for these campaigns or activations.
All types! Even if you’re looking for a role that is out of the ordinary, we will scout and train humans to be able to cater for any need of a client. But simply, we have hostesses, hosts, ushers, emcees, event runners, parking assistants, registration staff, trophy models etc.

Yes, definitely! The more specific the brief or specifications are that you send through, the better :D
We prefer at least 48 hours' notice, but are always up for the challenge! The longer out that you request our services, the more planning we can do but can get a team together within minutes if needed.
Yes! We love watching relationships grow between our temp teams and the clients who have their favourites.
By fostering relationships built on trust, and loyalty through our vetting process, and we also have signed contracts with them to ensure that there is a basis to protect all parties.
As with life, sometimes this can unfortunately happen. When for reasons out of our control a Teamp. Team staff member can no longer attend the event, a replacement will be booked and trained by us at no cost or inconvenience to the client. If outfits have been made, or anything personalized, we will find a replacement as close to your original booking as possible.
Yes! We offer anything under the event industry umbrella, such as event planning services (location scouting), strategizing a creative campaign, access to artists (as well as tattoo artists), and social media content creation.
